Refund policy

The product should be unopened and in its original packaging. Opened or used food items usually are not eligible for returns due to health and safety regulations.

A receipt or proof of purchase is often required.

100% Refunds are issued in the same form of payment used for the purchase.

If the product is defective or spoiled, we will issue a replacement, even if the package has been opened.

A refund must be requested within 30 days of purchase and will be issued within 14 days of the request once confirmed it meets the refund policy.
